Christof Schäfli is an experienced attorney and public notary. He has extensive experience in the establishment, management, and sale of companies and corporate groups both in Switzerland and abroad.

His clients include, for instance, an international energy corporation with a billion dollar revenue, for which he developed tax concepts for 15 European countries, as well as an international trading group operating in six countries (Nigeria, Ghana, Dubai, Switzerland, Ivory Coast, Malta). He remains active as a board member in this trading group, as well as in several other internationally active Swiss companies.

Christof Schäfli possesses extensive knowledge and experience in the formation, structuring, and restructuring of companies. Additionally, he is an active entrepreneur himself and owner of Trudif GmbH and IGF Institut für Gesundheitsforschung AG.
